Service and contact

These terms apply to the online image creation service at imgsgen.com. For service questions, complaints or billing requests, contact support@imgsgen.com.

ImgsGen generates and edits images using text prompts and supported reference images. Available models include GPT Image, Gemini and Grok, accessed through a third-party API gateway. Controls and results vary by model. Check the selected model's capabilities and the actual dimensions of each result.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to create an account or purchase a subscription. Provide accurate information, protect your username and password, and report unauthorized use to support. Keep your own copies of images you need. Service availability and permanent image storage are not guaranteed.

Your content and generated images

Upload only material you own or are authorized to process through the providers described in our Privacy Policy. Obtain the consent of identifiable people before uploading their images. You retain rights in your original material and authorize processing necessary to provide the service, enforce our policies and protect its security.

To the extent ImgsGen has rights to grant permission, you may use, modify and share generated images, including for lawful commercial purposes. You are responsible for checking input rights, third-party rights appearing in outputs and applicable model terms. Similar prompts may produce similar outputs. We cannot guarantee that an output is unique, accurate, copyrightable or suitable for a particular use.

Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. It prohibits pornography or NSFW content, violence or gore, hate speech, child-unsafe content, deepfakes or impersonation, and copyright or trademark infringement. It also describes content checks, reporting, enforcement and appeals.

Do not bypass safety or usage controls, abuse billing or credits, disrupt the service, or access another person's account or images.

Monthly subscriptions and credits

Paid subscriptions use Waffo Pancake hosted checkout. Live checkout creates a real, automatically renewing subscription. Any separately offered test orders are simulated and do not grant live image-generation credits.

For a live purchase, checkout displays the amount due, applicable taxes and recurring schedule before payment. Completing a live subscription checkout authorizes the initial charge and monthly renewal charges until cancellation.

Credits are granted after successful payment confirmation. Each period's unused credits expire at its end and do not roll over. Image generation reserves credits before processing and settles usage against successfully saved images. Failed images release their reservations. Insufficient credits block new requests. Failed renewals do not grant the next period's credits until payment succeeds. See Pricing for model and settings costs.

Cancellation

Use the Waffo link on your account page to open the Waffo customer portal, then manage your subscription using the checkout email. Cancel before the next billing date to stop the next renewal. Remaining paid credits remain available until the current period ends, except credits revoked following a refund.

Cancellation alone does not refund an existing payment. If you cannot access your subscription, contact support promptly with your username and order ID.

Refund eligibility and requests

You may request a full refund within seven calendar days after an initial subscription charge or renewal charge if none of that period's credits have been used for successful image generation. A failed generation whose reservation was released does not count as use. Duplicate charges and confirmed billing errors may be corrected or refunded.

Outside these conditions, used or partially used periods and unused portions of a period are not ordinarily refundable or prorated, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Statutory withdrawal rights and remedies for defective services remain available.

Email support@imgsgen.com with your account username, checkout email, charge date and order or receipt ID. Stop using the affected period's credits while the request is reviewed. Do not send passwords, complete card numbers or security codes.

Approved refunds are processed through Waffo to the original payment method. Your payment provider and bank determine the final posting time. Refund confirmation reduces the affected period's credits in proportion to the refund, with a minimum available balance of zero. Cancel renewal separately in the customer portal if you also want to stop future charges.

Suspension, termination and responsibility

You may cancel renewal, stop using the service or request account closure through support. Download images you wish to retain and cancel future payments before closure.

We may restrict or suspend features to address maintenance, security incidents or violations. If a service closure affects paid entitlements, we will handle those entitlements under applicable law and purchase terms.

Generation can fail and outputs can contain errors or differ from your expectations. Review outputs before publication or commercial use and keep your own backups. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and we are not liable for indirect losses from third-party interruptions or your publication or use of outputs. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Applicable law and disputes

The service and related disputes are governed by the laws that legally apply. Mandatory consumer protections and your rights to bring a claim in a court with jurisdiction remain available. Contact support first to seek resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved, either party may seek relief from a court with jurisdiction.

Our Privacy Policy explains account, generation and billing data processing. We publish updated terms and their effective date here and provide notices of material changes as required by applicable law.
